I got three cakes on my birthday! Yey! I already knew Cheem, the younger sister was planning to get me a cake on my 25th birthday because she asked a day before which bakeshop I prefer when it comes to cakes. I said Cafe Isabel’s really has the tastiest cake I’ve ever tasted but it is very expensive. A round would cost roughly a thousand plus. The last and the wisest choice I had in mind was Grandma’s that has tasty cakes and less expensive, about half the price of Cafe Isabel’s. Knowing I’ll be getting a cake on my birthday, I didn’t include it in my list of foods to get.
This is the cake Cheem got for me. 
The silver year of mine came. Everyone was busy. I was at the food plaza to get the warmers of foodies I ordered while Cheem and Karen (Cheem’s friend who we treat as a sister) picked the cake. Father looked after the house and the roasted pig on the dining table. When I arrived, only dad was there and to my surprise, I saw two cakes on the table. Cheep came down from upstairs smiling followed by Cheem and Karen. I wasn’t expecting Cheep to be able to make it to my birthday much more on getting a cake from her for she went to Dumaguete two days before my birthday. She arrived just on time to surprise me.
This is the cake Cheep got for me from the same bakeshop, Grandma’s. 
The third cake…well, is the biggest surprise. 
I don’t like talking more about the cake except that it was very chocolatey.
